Each year, the Riverview Health Centre Foundation hosts special events designed to raise both money & awareness of Riverview’s role within the Manitoba Health Care system. The money is directed towards enhancing the quality of life for long-term and rehabilitation patients.

These events are “Gala Dinner”, "Cycle on Life", "Riverview Charity Golf Classic" & the "Tree of Lights Festival". Board and Committee Members give freely of their time and talent to pull these events together, and corporate sponsors, donors and volunteers never fail to lend their support. This event has evolved into a highly anticipated reunion of participants who bring new supporters every year.

Charity Golf Classic

Each year in August Frank Wade and Vince Boschman of RBC Dominion Securities host the Riverview Charity Golf Classic.

Tree of Lights Festival

The annual Tree of Lights Festival at Riverview Health Centre creates a magical, multi-coloured atmosphere during the holiday season for the Centre’s patients, residents, staff, visitors and the surrounding community.
